Entering this workshop with an open mind, I was ready to have a positive experience with a new direction. “Who Am I??” This was the Big question. While journeying deeply inward beyond the ego, my inner child began to release the fear that surrounded me from past false beliefs realizing the real answer that matters most. It was the sound of the healing drum beating as my heart opened up to self-love dissolving fear as joy and love entered in.

A talented facilitator, Ned led us through a great mix of journaling exercises, group brainstorming sessions, partnering exercises, art and vocal explorations, and movement exercises. He did a fabulous job of moderating the Q & A session after each exercise and patiently re-phrased questions for attendees who didn’t understand them at first. Ned gifted us with handouts and other materials, presented in a very organized and thorough fashion. The background music was a nice touch.
