This will be a playful and profound time of connecting with your creative inspiration.  We will use experiential exercises to delve within and access that which calls for expression.

We will create group and individual poetry.

Bring a journal or notebook, your curiosity, and your willingness to express the voice of your heart.

No Experience required as we develop authentic expression from the heart.
