This series of classes is all about color. It will be playful and profound! We will use expressive art, movement, sound, and writing to explore the color of our lives. The Expressive Arts are heart opening modalities which support us in discovering, exploring, becoming, and expressing who we really are. Each class will have a theme (See Below). Come to the classes that fit your schedule. No registration is required. Tuition fee is $25 per class including all materials. Please where casual and comfortable clothing you don't mind getting some paint on. Bring water and a journal or notebook.
